Attorneys William R. Foley David L. Frey David L. Frey is one of the firm’s shareholders. Mr. Frey joined the firm in 1985. Mr. Frey’s practice focuses on business/corporate transactions, real estate transactions, taxation, estate planning, as well as trust and probate administration. Mr. Frey earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Davis, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Estate and Gift Tax. Mr. Frey also earned his LLM degree in taxation, with honors, from Golden Gate University. Mr. Frey earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley. - BACK
