Consistent with out goal of providing cost effective legal representation, our attorneys always strive to resolve litigation without the need to proceed with costly discovery/trials.  However, disputes inevitably arise which simply are not able to be resolved through settlement or summary adjudication.  In those cases, our litigation attorneys stand ready and willing to aggressively advocate on the client’s behalf, all the way through the trial and appeal process (if necessary).  The firm’s lead litigation attorney, James D. Claytor has been involved in approximately one hundred (100) trials during the course of his approximately thirty five (35) year litigation career.
